Deposit will be applied to total cost due on delivery/pickup date.	Due 5 days before delivery/departure. Refundable if motorhome is returned in accordance with our terms and conditions.

INSURANCE (Must provide proof of insurance a minimum of 5 days before delivery or departure date.)
Insurance is required. You may choose either of the following options to provide insurance coverage:
OPTION 1: Provide us with a binder or an endorsement from your personal auto insurance carrier; the binder listing us (the RV owners) and the rented vehicle as additionally insured. In this case, each driver must bring in a binder. MBA’s insurance coverage becomes secondary to the renter’s coverage.	Check with your insurance company for possible additional charges to your vehicle policy.
OPTION 2: Purchase rental coverage directly from our insurance company (MBA Insurance) for a daily rate. You must go to the website www.MBAchoice.com to apply. You may click on the following link to access this website, however, be aware that it is one of those websites that does NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN TO THIS WEBSITE BY CLICKING THE BACK BUTTON, so be sure you remember the address for our website or add it to your favorites. The link to the MBA website is www.MBAchoice.com. For a $20.00 service fee you may complete the addendum form and then fax that form with your credit card information to MBA. Immediately, you and we (the RV owners/company) are provided proof of insurance coverage. Renters purchasing coverage from MBA will be given the same coverage that MBA historically has provided for statutory liability, uninsured motorist, medical payments, comprehensive, and collision.	$20.00 application fee $15.00 per day for insurance
SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE
SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE is also available through MBA Insurance Company. Again, through the MBA website, you may purchase up to one million dollars of supplemental liability insurance.	$9.95 per day

PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY!

All deposits and fees must be paid in full 5 days before departure date, including balance of rental fee, damage deposit, cleaning fee, estimated mileage charge, and insurance. You may pay the reservation deposit by credit card or by check (if we can receive it 2 weeks before departure date). You may pay the balance owed by check, cash, or credit card. If you pay by credit card, we charge a 3% processing fee. Reservation deposit is nonrefundable but will be applied to total charges.
